These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") govern your use of the Seema Cabs Goa mobile application, website, and taxi booking services operated by Seema Holidays ("Company", "we", "us", or "our"). By downloading the app, creating an account, or placing a booking, you agree to be bound by these Terms.
1. Eligibility
To use our services, you must:
- Be at least 18 years of age.
- Be legally capable of entering into a binding agreement.
- Provide accurate and complete registration information.
- Have a valid mobile number registered in India.
2. Service Description
Seema Cabs Goa provides a technology platform connecting passengers with verified local taxi drivers in Goa. We offer the following services:
- Airport transfers from Mopa (GOX) and Dabolim (GOI) airports.
- Goa sightseeing packages (North Goa, South Goa, full-day and half-day tours).
- Point-to-point local rides within Goa.
- Nightclub and event drops.
Seema Cabs is not a transport aggregator. All bookings are fulfilled by our own verified driver network, directly managed by Seema Holidays.
3. Booking & Confirmation
- Bookings can be placed through the Seema Cabs mobile app or by contacting us directly.
- A booking is confirmed only upon receiving a booking confirmation from us via SMS, WhatsApp, or in-app notification.
- Fares shown at the time of booking are final and inclusive of all applicable charges, unless additional stops or route changes are requested during the ride.
- We reserve the right to refuse or cancel a booking if we are unable to service it due to unavailability, safety concerns, or force majeure.
4. Passenger Responsibilities
As a passenger, you agree to:
- Be present at the pickup location at the scheduled time.
- Treat drivers and company staff with respect and courtesy.
- Not consume alcohol, drugs, or engage in any illegal activity during the ride.
- Not transport prohibited items including weapons, contraband, or hazardous materials.
- Wear a seatbelt at all times where applicable.
- Compensate for any damage caused to the vehicle due to negligence or misconduct.
5. Pricing & Payment
- All fares are displayed in Indian Rupees (INR) and are inclusive of applicable taxes.
- Payments can be made via cash, UPI, or other methods supported within the app.
- We reserve the right to revise pricing from time to time with reasonable notice.
- Surge or peak pricing may apply during festivals, holidays, or periods of high demand and will be disclosed during booking.
6. Cancellation & Refunds
Our cancellation and refund policy is outlined in the dedicated Cancellation & Refund Policy page. By using our services, you agree to those terms.
7. Driver Conduct & Safety
- All our drivers are verified, licensed professionals familiar with Goa's roads and scenic routes.
- Drivers are not permitted to deviate from the agreed route without passenger consent.
- Drivers will not charge amounts beyond the confirmed fare without mutual agreement.
- If you experience unsafe behavior from a driver, please report it immediately via our helpline.
8. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law:
- Seema Cabs shall not be liable for delays caused by traffic, weather, road closures, or other circumstances beyond our control.
- We shall not be responsible for loss of personal belongings left in vehicles.
- Our total liability in any circumstance shall not exceed the fare paid for the specific booking in question.
9. Intellectual Property
All content on our website and mobile app — including logos, text, graphics, and software — is the property of Seema Holidays and its technology partners. You may not reproduce, distribute, or use our content without explicit written permission.
10. Governing Law
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India. Any disputes arising shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Goa, India.
11. Amendments
We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. Updated Terms will be published on this page with a revised date. Continued use of our services after any changes constitutes your acceptance of the new Terms.
