This Fleet Agreement ("Agreement") is entered into between Seema Holidays (operating as Seema Cabs Goa) and the driver or vehicle owner (hereinafter referred to as "Fleet Partner") who registers and onboards onto the Seema Cabs platform. By accepting this agreement — digitally or in writing — the Fleet Partner agrees to all terms outlined herein.

1. Eligibility Criteria
To join the Seema Cabs fleet, all Fleet Partners must meet the following requirements:
Driver Requirements
- Valid Commercial Driving License (CDL) issued by the Government of India.
- Minimum 2 years of professional driving experience.
- Clean driving record with no major traffic violations in the past 3 years.
- Age between 21 and 60 years.
- Fluency in English, Hindi, or Konkani (or a combination).
Vehicle Requirements
- Vehicle not older than 10 years from the year of manufacture.
- Valid Registration Certificate (RC) in the driver's or owner's name.
- Valid Commercial Vehicle Insurance (Third-party minimum).
- Valid Pollution Under Control (PUC) certificate.
- Vehicle must be in good mechanical condition and well-maintained.
- Air conditioning is recommended for passenger comfort.
2. Onboarding Process
- Submit required documents (driving license, vehicle RC, insurance, PUC, Aadhaar/PAN) to our team.
- Verification and background check will be completed within 3–5 business days.
- Upon approval, the Fleet Partner will be officially onboarded to the Seema Cabs network and added to our dispatch roster.
- An orientation session covering fare structure, customer etiquette, dispatch procedures, and platform policies will be conducted.
3. Earnings & Commission Structure
- Fleet Partners receive a share of each completed booking fare as per the commission structure agreed upon at onboarding.
- Earnings are settled on a weekly basis via bank transfer or UPI to the registered account.
- The Company reserves the right to revise commission rates with a minimum of 15 days' prior notice.
- Surge or additional fare components (tolls, waiting charges) are passed on to the Fleet Partner as agreed.
4. Conduct & Service Standards
Fleet Partners must at all times:
- Maintain a professional and courteous attitude toward passengers.
- Arrive at the pickup location on time or notify the company of any delay.
- Keep the vehicle clean, odor-free, and in good condition for every trip.
- Follow all traffic laws and not drive under the influence of alcohol or narcotics.
- Not use a mobile phone while driving except through a hands-free system.
- Not accept cash directly from passengers for pre-paid bookings without authorization from dispatch.
- Maintain high service standards. Persistent passenger complaints may result in suspension from the network.
5. Ride Acceptance & Cancellations
- Fleet Partners are expected to maintain a ride acceptance rate of at least 80% during active hours.
- Repeated and unexplained cancellations of accepted rides may result in a temporary or permanent ban from the platform.
- In case of an emergency or breakdown, the Fleet Partner must notify our dispatch team immediately so alternate arrangements can be made for the passenger.
6. Vehicle Maintenance & Safety
- Fleet Partners are solely responsible for the maintenance and roadworthiness of their vehicles.
- Regular servicing records may be requested by Seema Cabs as part of quality audits.
- All vehicles must carry a first-aid kit and fire extinguisher.
- Seema Cabs may conduct periodic vehicle inspections and may suspend a vehicle from the platform if it fails to meet safety standards.
7. Insurance & Liability
- Fleet Partners are responsible for maintaining active commercial vehicle insurance at all times.
- Seema Holidays is not liable for accidents, injuries, or damages arising from the Fleet Partner's negligence or vehicle failure.
- In the event of an accident, the Fleet Partner must inform the Company immediately and cooperate with all investigations.
8. Termination of Agreement
Either party may terminate this Agreement with 30 days' written notice. The Company reserves the right to immediately terminate the Agreement and disable platform access without notice in cases of:
- Fraud, misconduct, or criminal activity.
- Serious passenger complaints or safety violations.
- Driving under the influence of alcohol or substances.
- Repeated failure to meet service standards.
- Providing forged or false documents during onboarding.
9. Confidentiality
Fleet Partners must keep all passenger information, booking details, and proprietary platform information strictly confidential. Sharing passenger data with third parties is strictly prohibited and may result in legal action.
10. Governing Law
This Agreement is governed by the laws of India. Any disputes shall be subject to the jurisdiction of the courts in Goa, India.
