Cancel 1+ Hour Before Pickup
Full refund of booking amount will be processed.
Cancel Less Than 1 Hour Before
No refund will be issued. Full booking amount is forfeited.
1. Cancellation Window
Free Cancellation Period
You may cancel your booking at any time up to 1 hour before the scheduled pickup time and receive a full refund of the booking amount paid.
No Refund Zone
Cancellations made less than 1 hour before the scheduled pickup time are non-refundable. The full booking amount will be forfeited.
2. Cancellation Timeline at a Glance
More than 1 hour before pickup
✅ Cancellation allowed — Full refund processed within 5–7 business days.
Less than 1 hour before pickup
❌ No cancellation refund — Booking amount forfeited.
No-show (passenger absent at pickup)
❌ Treated as a late cancellation — No refund issued.
3. How to Cancel a Booking
You can cancel your booking through any of the following methods:
- Via the Seema Cabs mobile app — Go to My Bookings > Select Booking > Cancel.
- By calling our support team at +91 97650 40490 or +91 93222 66402.
- By messaging us on WhatsApp at +91 97650 40490.
Please ensure you receive a cancellation confirmation message before assuming your booking is cancelled.
4. Refund Processing
- Eligible refunds will be processed to the original payment method within 5 to 7 business days.
- Cash payments will be refunded via UPI or bank transfer — please provide your account details at the time of cancellation.
- We are not responsible for delays caused by your bank or payment provider.
5. Company-Initiated Cancellations
In rare situations, we may need to cancel a confirmed booking due to:
- Unavailability of a driver in your area.
- Severe weather, road closures, or force majeure events.
- Vehicle breakdown or safety concerns.
In such cases, a full refund will be issued regardless of when the cancellation occurs, and our team will proactively notify you as soon as possible.
6. Modified Bookings
- Changes to pickup time, drop location, or vehicle type are subject to availability and may result in fare adjustments.
- If a modification results in a lower fare, the difference will be refunded as per standard refund timelines.
- Modifications requested less than 1 hour before pickup will be accommodated where possible but are not guaranteed.
7. Exceptional Circumstances
We handle exceptional situations on a case-by-case basis. If you need to cancel due to a medical emergency or unforeseen crisis, please contact our support team with relevant documentation, and we will do our best to assist you.
