Cancel 1+ Hour Before Pickup

Full refund of booking amount will be processed.

Cancel Less Than 1 Hour Before

No refund will be issued. Full booking amount is forfeited.

1. Cancellation Window

Free Cancellation Period

You may cancel your booking at any time up to 1 hour before the scheduled pickup time and receive a full refund of the booking amount paid.

No Refund Zone

Cancellations made less than 1 hour before the scheduled pickup time are non-refundable. The full booking amount will be forfeited.

More than 1 hour before pickup ✅ Cancellation allowed — Full refund processed within 5–7 business days.
Less than 1 hour before pickup ❌ No cancellation refund — Booking amount forfeited.
No-show (passenger absent at pickup) ❌ Treated as a late cancellation — No refund issued.
